Choose Your Chromecast Type

Chromecast with Google TV works like an Android TV device and can install IPTV apps directly. Older Chromecast devices usually receive a cast from a phone, tablet, or computer app.

Chromecast with Google TV Setup

  1. Open Google Play Store on Chromecast with Google TV.
  2. Install TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, XCIPTV, IBO Player, or the app recommended by Lounge Hub.
  3. Open the app and choose Add Playlist, Add User, or Xtream Codes API.
  4. Enter your Lounge Hub portal URL, username, and password.
  5. Save and wait for live TV, VOD, and EPG to load.

Cast IPTV to Chromecast

  1. Install a Chromecast-compatible IPTV player on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Windows computer, or Mac.
  2. Connect the sending device and Chromecast to the same Wi-Fi network.
  3. Add your Lounge Hub playlist using Xtream Codes or M3U, depending on the app.
  4. Start a channel and tap the Cast icon when available.
  5. Select your Chromecast device and wait for playback to appear on the TV.

Troubleshooting Chromecast IPTV

If the Cast icon does not appear, confirm both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and restart the app. If casting disconnects, move closer to the router or use Chromecast with Google TV to run the IPTV app directly.
