Getting Started

New to Lounge Hub IPTV? Start here before installing your IPTV player app.

The complete Lounge Hub setup guide

After your service is activated, keep your IPTV username, password, and server URL nearby. Install a compatible IPTV player on your device, add a new account or playlist, enter the details exactly as provided, then let the live channels, movies, series, and TV guide load.

What is IPTV and how does it work?

IPTV streams live TV and on-demand content through your internet connection instead of cable or satellite. Lounge Hub works on Smart TVs, Fire Stick, Android TV boxes, phones, tablets, Windows PCs, Macs, and most devices that support a compatible IPTV player.

What do I need to start watching?

You need an active Lounge Hub plan, a stable internet connection, a supported device, and an IPTV player app. For smooth 4K, use at least 25 Mbps. For HD, 10 to 15 Mbps is usually enough. Ethernet is best for the main TV.

How fast do I get access after ordering?

Access begins after the order is confirmed and your login details are issued. Check your inbox and spam folder, then use the same details in your IPTV app. If you do not see them, contact support with the email used for the order.

Connection vs. device: what is the difference?

A device is where the app is installed. A connection is one active stream playing at the same time. You can install your login on multiple devices, but your plan controls how many can watch simultaneously.

Installation & Setup

Set up Lounge Hub on your preferred screen with the right IPTV app and login format.

Which IPTV app or player should I use?

Use a compatible IPTV player that accepts a username, password, and server URL, M3U playlist, portal URL, or device activation code. Common options include TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, XCIPTV, GSE Smart IPTV, IBO Player, Kodi, and other players recommended by support for your device.

How do I set up Fire Stick or Fire TV?

Install a compatible IPTV player from your Fire TV device. Open the app, choose the option to add a playlist or account, enter your Lounge Hub username, password, and server URL, save, then wait for the channel list and VOD library to load.

How do I install on Android TV or an Android box?

Install a compatible IPTV app from the Play Store or the device's app installer. Add your Lounge Hub login details as an Xtream Codes, portal, or playlist account, depending on the player. Restart the app if the list does not appear right away.

How do I set up Samsung or LG Smart TV?

Open the TV app store and install a compatible IPTV player. Enter the login information supplied after activation. If your TV has no useful IPTV app or blocks installation, use a Fire Stick, Android TV box, or Chromecast with Google TV through HDMI.

How do I watch on iPhone, iPad, Windows, or Mac?

Install an IPTV player that supports username, password, and server login. Add your Lounge Hub details, save the profile, and allow the app time to sync channels, movies, series, and EPG data.

Where do I find and enter my login details?

Your IPTV username, password, and server URL are sent after activation. Copy and paste them where possible, because one wrong character can prevent login. If the app asks for a name, label it Lounge Hub.

Channels & Content

Live TV, sports, movies, series, favourites, picture quality, and EPG help.

What can I watch with Lounge Hub?

Lounge Hub includes live channels, sports, movies, series, news, kids, family, local Canadian content, and international programming. Availability can vary by event, source, and app refresh.

Is a specific channel included?

The lineup is large and organized by category, so most users find channels through search, country groups, sports groups, or favourites. If you need a specific channel checked, send support the channel name and country.

How are channels organized?

Most IPTV apps group channels by region, language, theme, or content type. Use search and favourites to avoid scrolling through the full live TV list every time.

Do you have movies and series on demand?

Yes. The VOD area includes movies and TV shows separate from live channels. If VOD does not appear, refresh the playlist, restart the app, or try another compatible IPTV player.

Is there a TV guide or EPG?

Yes. Lounge Hub supports EPG on compatible players. The guide may take a few minutes to sync after setup. If it is blank, refresh the app data, check the player's EPG settings, or contact support with your app name.

Is content available in 4K, FHD, and HD?

Picture quality depends on the source channel, your device, your IPTV app, and your internet stability. For best 4K results, use a strong device and a stable 25 Mbps or faster connection.

How do I add favourite channels?

Open the channel in your IPTV app and look for a star, heart, menu button, or long-press option. Favourites are saved inside the app, so the exact steps depend on the player you use.

Troubleshooting

Fix buffering, black screens, app crashes, login errors, audio, subtitles, and slow channel changes.

Why does my stream keep buffering?

Buffering is usually caused by Wi-Fi instability, low bandwidth, a busy router, or an overloaded device. Restart the router and streaming device, test speed on the same device, use Ethernet where possible, close downloads, and try HD instead of 4K as a test.

Channels will not load or stay black

Refresh the playlist, restart the app, confirm your login details, clear the app cache, and test another channel category. If only one channel is affected, it may be a temporary source issue.

The IPTV app keeps crashing or freezing

Close unused apps, clear cache, restart the device, update the IPTV player, and reinstall if needed. Older Fire Sticks, Smart TVs, and low-storage Android boxes can struggle with large channel and VOD lists.

My IPTV login is not working

Copy the username, password, and server URL exactly as supplied. Check for spaces before or after the text. Make sure you are entering IPTV player details, not a website account password.

I see max connections reached or the stream pauses

Your plan allows a fixed number of simultaneous streams. Stop playback on another device, fully close unused IPTV apps, then try again. Upgrade your plan if multiple people need to watch at the same time.

The app says expired after renewal

Restart the app and refresh the playlist first. If the expiry date still looks wrong, send support the email used for the order and the device/app name so the line can be checked.

No sound, wrong audio, or subtitle problems

Open the player menu and switch the audio track or subtitle track. Subtitle availability depends on the stream and app. If audio is wrong on only one channel, report that channel name to support.

Could my ISP be throttling IPTV?

If speed tests look fine but IPTV buffers at the same time every day, your internet provider may be shaping streaming traffic. Restart the router, test Ethernet, and ask support whether a VPN test makes sense for your setup.

Free Trial

Trial setup, trial limits, included content, and upgrading to a paid Lounge Hub plan.

How do I get the 24-hour free trial?

Request the free trial from Lounge Hub and watch for your login details by email. Once received, install a compatible IPTV player and enter the supplied username, password, and server URL.

Can I get more than one free trial?

The free trial is meant for one real test before subscribing. It runs for 24 hours and cannot be extended, so use it on the main device and internet connection you plan to watch with.

What is included in the free trial?

The trial lets you test the live TV experience, sports, movies, series, local channels, and international content so you can check picture quality and device compatibility before choosing a plan.

My trial details did not arrive

Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders. Confirm the email address used for the request. If nothing arrives, contact support with that email address so the trial can be reviewed.

How do I upgrade from trial to paid?

Choose the plan length and number of connections you need, complete the order, then use the paid login details after activation. If your app still shows trial access, refresh or re-add the playlist.
