Before You Start

Have your Lounge Hub username and password ready. If support gives you a dedicated player, follow that exact app name and code. If you already have another IPTV player installed, support may ask you to remove it first to avoid app conflicts.

Troubleshooting Fire Stick IPTV

Downloader cannot install the app

Confirm Downloader has permission under Install Unknown Apps. Restart the Fire Stick and check available storage.

Only a cancel button appears

Close the app, restart the Fire Stick, and ask Lounge Hub support to verify whether an existing IPTV player must be removed before reinstalling.

EPG is empty

Leave the app open for a few minutes, then check Settings and EPG. First-time guide loading can take longer than channel loading.
